| Day 19 Ahmedabad / Bombay |
| In the morning visit Calico Museum of Textiles housed in a Haveli of the Sarabhai family – one of the pioneer textile industrialists of Gujarat. Exhibits include antique and modern textiles, rare tapestries, wall hangings, costumes and old weaving machines. Later transfer to the airport in time for Jet Airways flight 9W 3416 Ahmedabad / Bombay (1450/1610). Arrive Bombay and transfer to the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower located by the sea face adjoining the Indo-Saracenic Gateway of India. (The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower) |

| After breakfast enjoy an hour's boat ride to the tranquil forested island of Elephanta, one of the most atmospheric places in Bombay. The chief attraction of the island is its unique cave temple whose Shiva sculpture is a fine example of Hindu architecture. In the afternoon visit Jehangir Art Gallery and the Prince of Wales Museum, Victoria Terminus, Hanging Gardens, Jain Temple and Mani Bhavan – Gandhi's Bombay base between 1917 & 1934, this house is now a permanent memorial to the Mahatma.
