Arrive Hyderabad by international flight. After clearing immigration and customs formalities you are met by a representative from First Tours and transferred to the hotel.

Day 2 Hyderabad
CharminarFounded by Mohammed Quli Qutab Shah, the fifth king of Golconda, Hyderabad gives a fascinating glimpse of past splendors – the legacy of its four hundred-year-old history. Morning sightseeing of Hyderabad includes visit to Falaknuma Palace, Charminar, Lad Bazaar, Bangle Street and Badshahi Ashur Khana. Afternoon visit the 13th century Golconda Fort and Qutab Shahi Tombs followed by son et lumiere show at Golconda Fort.

Day 3 Hyderabad / Warangal & Palampet / Hyderabad
GolkundaToday enjoy an excursion to Warangal, the capital of a Hindu Shaivite kingdom ruled by the Kakatiya dynasty from the 12th to the 14th centuries. The old name of this city is Orugallu. The Kakatiyas left many monuments, including an impressive fortress, four massive stone gateways, the Swayambhu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, and the Ramappa temple situated near Ramappa Lake. After sightseieng of Warangal proceed to Palampet to visit the Ramappa temple. Dedicated to Lord Sihva as Rudreswara this tempel was built in 1234 and is one of the finest medieval deccan temples. Return to Hyderabad in the late afternoon.

Day 4 Hyderabad / Bidar / Gulbarga
Early morning drive 95 miles to Bidar, the capital of the Bahamani Muslim kingdom from 1425 to 1518. Later it became one of the five independent sultanates known as the Deccan Sultanates. The Bidar Sultanate was conquered by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb in 1686. Bidar city is known for its unique Bidri handicraft products. After lunch visit the impressive Bidar Fort, Rangeen Mahal, Madrasa of Muhammad Gawan and the tombs of Bahamani and Barid kings. After sightseeing in Bidar continue drive to Gulbarga.

Day 5 Gulbarga / Bijapur
In the morning visit the magnificent Gulbarga Fort. This fort has 15 towers, a number of imposing tombs of the Bahamani kings and the 15th century Jama Masjid. The mosque is unique in India, with a huge dome covering the whole area, four smaller ones at the corners, and 75 smaller still all the way around. After sightseeing drive 100 miles to Bijapur. Arrive Bijapur and check-in to the hotel.

Day 6 Bijapur
Bijapur was the capital of the Adil Shahi Dynasty, one of the five splinter states formed when the Bahmani Muslim kingdom broke up in 1482. Today visit Gol Gumbaz, the tomb of Mohammad Adil Shah, his wife, daughter and favorite court dancer. Also visit the Jumma Masjid, one of the finest mosques in the Deccan with a large onion shaped dome; Ibrahim Roza, the mausoleum of Ibrahim Adil Shah II; and the Malik-e-Maida, the largest medieval cannon in the world.
